On-Site Service Rates
To provide you with the best experience, we want you to have an understanding of how our engineers and technicians bill for their time and travel expenses. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us.
Hourly Rates
We bill on an hourly rate that varies depending on which engineers or technicians are involved. Below are our hourly rates for each skill set.

| Systems Engineer | $120 |
| Field Engineer | $110 |
| Field Technician | $95 |
Travel
Hourly Rate
Our technician will bill his/her normal rate for travel time from our home base (either Laurel or Hattiesburg) to your business, but for only one way, not for the return home trip.
Trip Charge
A trip charge will be added to cover the cost of our service vehicles. Trip charges are based on your location, according to the table of counties below, for each vehicle and each trip.
