EMERGENCY In-Store |
| |
For In-Store Emergency Service, come to our location nearest you and bring the computer or other device, along with any cables, power adapters, and problem related software. We don’t need your keyboard, mouse, simple power cable (but do bring notebook power adapters!), or USB cables unless they seem to be part of the problem. We will gather some information from you and check in your machine for examination. You pay the examination fee and emergency service fee, plus tax, at the time of check in.

Your Emergency Service fee allows your repair to go the “head of the line” and started as the next job. Examination and testing may be conducted, which may take up to several hours, depending on the problem. As soon as we have finished diagnosing your problem, we’ll get in touch with you and make a recommendation for how to proceed with the repair and what the costs will be. |

We also know that sometimes you can't bring your computer or device to us; that's why we offer emergency In-Home service. A Burton technician will be sent to your location as soon as possible. Depending on the nature of the problem, we may have to bring your computer/device back to our shop for more extensive examination or service and return it as soon as repairs are complete. The fees listed below will be required on our first visit to your location and the balance of the repair cost will be required upon delivery or pickup of your computer/device.
