We service any computer, whether it was bought from us or not. If you're having problems with your computer or if it's just time for an upgrade we can help. Our A+ certified technicians can diagnose your problem and give you a recommendation for repair or upgrade.
Just bring your notebook or desktop computer by to any of our Burton locations (see the Contact/Locate Us page for directions) and a Burton professional will do a quick examination. If it's something simple, we will fix it right there without charge. If it is something that will be left with us, then we will get some information from you and get your computer checked in. In approximately 2-3 business days we will call you and let you know what diagnostic testing revealed and give you our best recommendation for upgrade or repair.
If you are bringing your desktop computer, then all you need to bring is your CPU. It won't be necessary to bring your cables, display, keyboard, mouse or software unless they are related to the problem you are having.
If you are bringing your notebook computer, then we will need the power adapter that goes with your notebook and any other parts or software that may be related to the problem.
If you are bringing your printer, then we will need the printer and the AC adapter for your printer.
There will be an examination fee of $35 plus tax that will be charged when you drop off your computer. Payment will be required before we can begin working on your equipment.
